Job Summary: Looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Prepare technical design documents, calculations as well as drawings for the assigned project
Coordinate, implement and complete mechanical as well as plumbing design work
Oversee contractors or subcontractors to ensure proper installation and commissioning of all mechanical installations
Make sure quality control procedures are being followed and maintained during design and construction stage of the project
Provide support to the construction manager as well as cost engineer in the MEP related costing work
Monitor performance of all assigned mechanical supervisors
Oversee the mechanical and electrical works during construction ensuring safety at the site
Offer technical advice and assistance to contractor staff as may be required
Conduct any other similar task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 or more years of UAE experience in plumbing and HVAC work
Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office, MS Project as well as good presentation abilities
Expertise in AutoCAD required
Good communication and interpersonal skills required
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Must have good knowledge and expertise in HVAC work
Strong leadership and project management skills required
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to meet set project deadlines
