Ensuring works are carried out on site in accordance with the approved shop drawings and approved coordination layouts.
Daily allocation of site supervisors and manpower as per bi-weekly plans and directions from the Project Engineer in compliance with the overall project program of works.
Ensuring sufficiency of materials on site for at least two full weeks to avoid having idle manpower.
Preparation of material requisitions in accordance with approved shop drawings and material technical submittals.
Aiding HSE officers in the preparation of Method Statements and implementing safe working practices on site.
Adhering to Quality Control Policies and ensuring all received materials and works done on site are inspected by the Consultant and approved.
Submission of daily reports including allocation of resources, daily targets and actual achievements.
Ensuring value for money by increasing workers productivity and eliminating materials waste.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
At least 7 years of experience as a site engineer.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Holding a valid UAE driver's license.
