Proficiency in Arabic and English is prefered. MEP quantities estimation, tender preparation & technical office duties. Preparation and submission of design & built projects & value engineering for tenders. Practical experience in all HVAC system Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team. Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources. Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment. Coordinates with Operation personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of other systems. Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively. Participates in Incident investigations and produce reports. Attending any emergency cases out of working hours. Supports and recommends preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, Electrical, water supply and drainage systems. Identifies the training needs for the Maintenance team. Review plans and specifications according to the plan. Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System. MEP System has to analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects. Plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others. Continually review the sub-contractor's schedule during the progress of the site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project Director on the same. Review the Contractor's installation method statements. Monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the Project Manager. Undertake a prior review of the Contractor's proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule Attend project, site progress, meetings
