Job Description

Own the end-to-end sales and delivery cycle for mechanical/industrial scopes:

create opportunities

, conduct

site visits/surveys

, prepare

proposals/BOQs

, and

execute projects

to safe, timely, and profitable completion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Prospect and qualify leads, build client relationships, and maintain a healthy pipeline (meetings, demos, site visits).

Site Visits & Technical Scoping:

Conduct surveys, capture requirements, prepare method statements, and advise feasible solutions.

Proposals/BOQs:

Prepare technical?commercial offers, drawings/mark-ups (as needed), cost build-ups, and pricing with target margins.

Order to Execution:

Plan resources, coordinate suppliers/subcontractors, arrange logistics, and mobilize teams/equipment.

Project Execution:

Supervise execution to scope, quality, and HSE standards; manage variations, testing/commissioning, and handover.

Documentation & Billing:

Maintain project files, prepare submittals, work completion certificates, invoices, and support collections.

Reporting:

Update CRM/trackers (pipeline, quotes, POs, progress, OTIF), provide weekly reports and forecasts.
Qualifications

Bachelor's in

Mechanical Engineering

(or equivalent).

2-5 years

UAE experience in a sales/project role (MEP, industrial, O&G, utilities, or facilities projects). Strong skills in

BOQ take-off, proposals, cost analysis

, and basic project management. Working knowledge of standards/HSE practices; ability to read drawings. Proficient in

MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint

; CRM familiarity is a plus. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

UAE Driving License

preferred. Languages:

English

required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam are advantages.
