construction, operations, and maintenance projects
within the UAE and possess strong technical knowledge to ensure quality project delivery in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee mechanical systems for construction and maintenance projects.
Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to deliver projects efficiently.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with
ADM regulations, UAE codes, and international engineering standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and implementing preventive measures for mechanical systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
or related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in construction and maintenance.
ADM License
(mandatory requirement).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and other mechanical services.
Familiar with UAE regulations, standards, and permit procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
