Job Description

We are looking for a Plant Engineer to assist in managing both the production facility and a team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also have to ensure safety and compliance guidelines diligently to create a healthy work environment for all employees.

Tasks

Directly reporting to the Plant and Equipment Manager.

Creating and following budgets; preparing profit and loss projections.

Preparing production and performance reports for senior management

Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers

Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for the plant

Keeping records of all owned and rented machinery

Inspecting equipment on regular basis to comply with health and safety policies.

Ensuring all machineries are maintained, serviced, and have the latest versions and updates.

Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations

Maintaining all administrative records.

Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product

Profile & Background

Minimum 7-10 years in

Construction

equipment operations.

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field

A minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in

Foundation and Piling

Construction

UAE Driving License

Fluency in verbal/written English language

Fluency in verbal and written Arabic language - Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
