Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, and maintain fire protection and suppression systems (sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, etc.).
Oversee fire alarm and detection system installation as per NFPA and UAE Civil Defense standards.
Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for project approvals and inspections.
Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and recommend safety improvements.
Ensure compliance with all local fire and life safety codes and regulations.
Assist in Civil Defense submissions and follow-up for project approvals and certifications.
Supervise technicians and provide technical guidance on installation and maintenance works.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 -2 years of UAE experience in fire and safety systems.
Familiarity with UAE Civil Defense procedures and approval processes.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
UAE driving license (preferred).
