Evaluate all design & shop drawings according to required quality and regulations
Preparing and execution for Mechanical works (A/C & ventilation, water supply & sewerage, and fire fighting system
Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met (monitor expenses and payments)
Checking of design cooling loads and choosing equipment capacities
Checking drawings, design and materials which is submitted by the subcontractors & suppliers. Reviewing of shop drawings, coordination drawings and materials in the project
All other mechanical works related to maintenance and construction field.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
