Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic MEP- Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our growing team. Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted:

• Available in UAE and can join immediately.
• 7 years' experience in UAE
• Required Equivalence Certificate - ADQCC for Mechanical Engineer

• Preparation of detailed drawings, enlarged plans & layout, sections and diagrams.
• Supervising and monitoring the installation works on site and allocating the work to individuals.
• Preparing and submitting all work inspection test reports (WIRs).
• Attending weekly and monthly meeting along with consultant and main contractors.
• Preparing weekly and monthly report and reported to project manager.
• Ensure that work completed is safe, efficient and in timely manner and in compliance with environmental requirements.
• Material / Work inspection to inspect with consultant.
• Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work.
• Preparing as build drawing.
• Coordination with client, consultant, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Rising IR of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.
• Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule.
• Attending all testing and commissioning of MEP services.
• To check the entire work as according to approved drawings.
• Ensure the civil obstruction have been cleared with MEP activities.
• Ensure effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of project.
• Preparation of AC heat load calculation using computer aided programs.
• Designing of Water supply systems including central hot water system.
• Designing of Drainage System for Building/Villas
• Designing of Water Features
• Designing Smoke Management System as per Civil Defense code.
• Capable of designing and installation of HVAC and plumbing services.
• Capable of designing and installation of Smoke management system (ADCD).
• AutoCAD/ Autodesk Building Services
• Carrier E20, Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) heat load
