Job Summary:

The Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted and stable operation of all equipment and devices within the facility. This role includes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems, as well as overseeing equipment installations and upgrades. The mechanic will also be involved in the documentation process, including preparing technical reports, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with labor protection regulations.

Responsibilities

Organization of uninterrupted and stable operation of all equipment and devices Fulfilling operating instructions, maintenance and repair of equipment, and training of employees in safe working methods if necessary Organization of work on the preparation of technical and accounting documents, as well as accounting for the availability and transfer of equipment into operation Registration of necessary documents for the purchase and procurement of materials and spare parts Diagnostics of mechanisms and equipment, as well as repairs that require replacement or overhaul Participation in debugging configuration, as well as in experiments on the introduction and use of new equipment Implementation of compliances with the rules of labor protection in the organization of repair activities Installation and commissioning of equipment and automation Quality control of the work performed on installation, repair and maintenance of equipment, expenditure of materials and funds for the repair and operation of equipment Purchase of new machinery, equipment, spare parts, repair materials and tools for mechanization of labor-intensive processes Basic maintenance and small repairs of the building Control of construction work by contractors on the territory of the company

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or a related field (preferred) 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, covering equipment installation, repair, and servicing Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems efficiently Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics Familiarity with safety and labor protection regulations Experience in electrical work is mandatory Ability to train and supervise team members Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation Comfortable working at heights and handling physically demanding tasks Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime Language: Must be proficient in English (verbal and written) and capable of completing reports Technology: Basic proficiency in office applications on laptops and tablets (preferred) Transport: Valid light vehicle driver's license; own vehicle preferred but not required Work Ethic: Strict adherence to instructions and procedures

Conditions

Monday - Saturday (can be modified) 6am-3pm, 1 hour lunch break Paid vacation (probation period also 6 month) Paid overtime work
