Project Management:
Manages fire safety projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with various teams, including contractors and consultants.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensures all system designs and installations meet the specific safety standards and regulations set by the local authorities, such as the UAE Civil Defense.
Installation & Execution:
Oversees the physical installation of fire safety equipment, ensuring proper execution of the project plan.
Maintenance & Commissioning:
Leads the testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of fire alarm and fire fighting systems to ensure they are fully operational.
Technical Knowledge:
A strong understanding of fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire protection systems is essential.
Engineering Degree:
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is a common requirement.
Experience:
Proven experience in fire system design, shop drawings, and execution, especially within the relevant region (e.g., UAE), is often sought.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software is also necessary.
Communication:
