Prepare MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using AutoCAD and Revit.
Develop and update 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for high-rise projects.
Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural teams.
Support clash detection and coordination between different services.
Revise drawings as per consultant/site comments.
Prepare as-built drawings for project handover.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
Experience as an MEP Draughtsman in high-rise construction.
Good knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Basic knowledge of authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
Ability to work in a team and deliver drawings on time.
