Minimum 3-5 years experience in uae

Responsible for complete Design, Coordination and execution of MEP Projects

(HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Firefighting systems).

Ensure the projects MEP works are being carried out in accordance with the specification, quality, cost and time constraints. Ensure that all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with conditions of contract, specifications, contract drawings & BOQ. Review of construction drawings, material submittals, Method statements, technical/Calculation submittals and product samples etc. as per project requirements. Implementation of standardised construction management procedures & quality management process to achieve financial targets on assigned projects. Provide program planning inputs including interfaces, risks analysis and develop action and recovery plans to support program delivery on time. Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure the project delivery team understands the requirements. Manage the process of Testing & Commissioning of various systems and equipment and ensure the contractors achieve the intermittent program milestones. Review the operation and maintenance manuals, training manuals, as-built drawings, warranties and maintenance service agreements. Manage the snagging and de-snagging process for completed works and monitor any non-conformity. Handover the completed works to clients' operations team and manage the client's training program. Should be able to takeoff the quantities.
