Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

HVAC & plumbing shop drawings

, sections, and details based on design and site conditions. Coordinate with other services such as electrical and civil to avoid clashes and ensure smooth installation. Modify drawings as per consultant's comments or site conditions. Create

as-built drawings

after completion of works. Understand and interpret design drawings, specifications, and MEP standards. Maintain a proper filing system for drawings (hard & soft copies). Assist site teams in understanding drawings and resolving technical queries. Ensure all drawings comply with

local codes

(e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.). Support the BIM process (if applicable) and update models accordingly. Attend coordination meetings when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in HVAC and plumbing drafting, preferably in the UAE/GCC. Proficient in

AutoCAD

; knowledge of

Revit

or

Navisworks

is a plus. Good knowledge of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, drainage, water supply, and ventilation systems. Familiar with

ASHRAE

,

SMACNA

,

UPC

or

IPC

standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
