Mechanical Draftsman Job Location : United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities :
Develop and produce detailed mechanical system drawings, including HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure that mechanical designs are accurately represented and integrated into overall project plans.
Review and interpret engineering specifications and design documents to create accurate drafts.
Update and modify drawings based on feedback, design changes, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports related to mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and industry regulations in all drawings and designs.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated and effective mechanical system solutions.
Qualifications :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in drafting mechanical systems for building projects.
Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical system design principles and construction practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
