Good Knowledge in Auto Cad, Revit and BIM will be an added advantage.
Candidate have minimum qualification is Diploma/Engineering graduation.
Through knowledge in HVAC/Firefighting plumbing design and codes such as ASHRE /NFPA.
Having good knowledge in preparation of 3D design drawing in Auto Cad.
Shall be capable of preparing drawing and Schedule based on design codes and as per site requirement.
Shall be Capable for site visits and prepare design drawings based on requirements.
The candidate have minimum of 4-5 years experience, preferable in gulf region.
Preparation of design to shop drawing developing red line drawing to an built.
Shall be capable in preparing calculation of ventilation ,drawing etc.
Shall know the detailed piping of firefighting ,sprinkler selection ,deluge, etc.
Shall be capable preparing -floor and ceiling coordination drawing for MEP and other services.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
