CONIN International Consultants is seeking an experienced
Mechanical Draftsman
with
10+ years of professional experience
to join our team. The candidate should have strong expertise in preparing detailed mechanical drawings for building services projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
Develop shop drawings and coordinated drawings as per design requirements
Coordinate with mechanical engineers and other disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical)
Revise drawings based on consultant, authority, and site comments
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and UAE standards
Maintain drawing records and revisions in accordance with company procedures
Support authority submissions and construction documentation
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Drafting or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
, preferably in the UAE
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and detailing standards
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
