Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed

shop drawings

for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting). Generate

fabrication and installation drawings

based on project specifications and design drawings. Update and prepare

as-built drawings

based on site modifications after completion of work. Modify existing drawings to reflect

design changes or site conditions

. Ensure timely submission of revised drawings for consultant/client approvals. Collaborate with

MEP engineers, consultants, and architects

to ensure accurate drafting. Coordinate with site teams for drawing updates, modifications, and clarifications.

Qualifications:



Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant drafting discipline. 2-4 years of experience as a mechanical draftsman in the

construction or contracting industry

in UAE

Experience in

MEP drafting

is highly preferred. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

, and optionally Revit or other BIM software. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in buildings:

HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting

.
