Position : Mechanical Draftsman
Experience : Minimum 4 years
Detailed Design and drafting for HVAC System using Local standard, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Knowledge in HVAC equipment details, including Chillers & DX type and Air handling units.
Detailed design and drafting, Knowledge in PLUMBING layouts equipment details.
Preparation of ESP calculation, ventilation and pump head calculation and getting approval from consultant.
Calculation for Water demand, Pipe size, Drainage flow, rain water,
Updated and revised drawings in response to accordance with the project's correctness and ID drawings.
Heat Load Calculation by Hourly Analysis Program (HAP).
MEP Coordination drawings & section details preparation
Prepare and review design documents, MEP drawings materials, schedules
Good Knowledge skills of Auto CAD, Plan swift, HAP, Revit, ASHRAE Duct Fitting Database, McQuay Duct Sizer, Microsoft office, Adobe
Supports construction and installation activities.
AS-BUILT drawings updated drawings based on site conditions.
Ensured all designs adhered to local building codes and ASHRAE standards.
Assisted in the coordination of HVAC system layouts, and plumbing layouts with electrical draftsman.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
