Firefighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, network layouts)

Prepare sections, schematics, isometrics, coordination drawings, and equipment layouts.
Ensure drawings comply with
QCS
,
ASHRAE
,
NFPA
,
QCDD
,
Kahramaa
, and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines for drawing updates and clash resolutions.
Revise drawings based on consultant feedback and site conditions.
Assist in preparing
MEP coordination drawings
using Revit (if required).
Maintain accurate drawing records and document control as per Qatar project standards.
Conduct site visits or measurements when required for verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in
Mechanical Engineering
or
Draftsmanship
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
Revit MEP
, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Knowledge of
QCS 2014
,
ASHRAE
,
NFPA
, and
QCDD regulations
preferred.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Qatar with MEP contractors or consultants.
Familiarity with
Lusail
,
Qatar Rail
,
Ashghal
,
Msheireb
, or major Qatar projects.
GCC experience preferred.
Experience
4-5 years
relevant experience.
Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
