Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting.
Proven experience as a mechanical draftsman, especially in HVAC and piping systems*. Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC systems, including ducting and chilled water piping.* Develop coordination drawings, ensuring clashes with other services are identified and resolved.
Assist engineers in preparing as-built drawings and shop drawings.
Modify and revise drawings as per site conditions or design changes.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and guidelines.
