Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant software. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce accurate and compliant construction documentation for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP shop drawings, schematics, and as-built drawings based on engineering designs.
- Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC), and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design conflicts.
- Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site modifications.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness before submission.
