We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of UAE experience and a strong understanding of MEP drafting, including Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation of MEP related Shop Drawings as per consultant's and authority requirements.
Preparation of coordination drawings. Assist Project Manager and project team in preparation of project related drawings.
Preparation of HVAC and Plumbing drawings.
Processing of Subcontractor shop drawings. ? Making As-Built drawings according to authority requirements.
Perform other task as instructed by immediate head from time to time. Awareness/exposure on various construction/System methodologies.
Experience and qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in luxury residential projects preferably villas.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
