Role & Responsibilities
Looking for a hardworking and dedicated Mechanical Draftsman (HVAC) to join immediately.
1-Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers.
2. To critically review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g IFC, Project Specification etc
3. Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements
4. Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes
5. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works
6. Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, firefighting design
7. Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.
8. Experience in MEP design detailing.
9. Report to MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work
10. be able to prepare quick, simple and accurate hand calculations to check the designing of others.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Experience:
* Mechanical drafting in UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
