Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Mechanical Draftsman
with hands-onBIM experience
to support our engineering and project teams in developing accurate mechanical system models and detailed technical drawings. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in mechanical drafting, 3D modeling, and a working knowledge ofBIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks
, or similar.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and models using
AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
. Assist in the creation and coordination ofBIM models for mechanical systems
, including HVAC, piping, and fire protection. Collaborate with other disciplines (Electrical, Civil, Architectural) to ensure clash-free and fully coordinated BIM models. Revise drawings and models based on engineer input and site changes. Ensure all documentation meetsproject specifications, industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.), and BIM execution plans (BEPs)
. Extract BOQs, shop drawings, and fabrication details from BIM models. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.Job Type: Full-time
