Mechanical Designer | Private Property | Dubai
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join the team of a private property based in Dubai. This is a live-in role ideal for someone with a strong background in mechanical drafting and design, particularly within luxury residential or hospitality environments.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related technical discipline
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and/or other 3D CAD tools (required)
Certification in HVAC Design, Fire Protection Systems, or Plumbing Design (advantageous)
Sound knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, BS/EN, and UAE Municipality Design Codes
3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting/design
Previous work on residential estates, luxury villas, hospitality, or high-end interior fit-out projects in the UAE or GCC
Experience collaborating with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams
Familiarity with site coordination, material specifications, and producing detailed design documentation
Package:
Salary: AED 4,000 - 8,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Live-in role
30 days' leave after 12 months of continuous service
One return flight to home country per year after 12 months of service
