REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
With LEED Certification - required
At least 10 years (5 years UAE) experience in Mechanical Designing in an Engineering Consultant Company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop mechanical systems
Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements
Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
Perform design and production trials
Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems
Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members
Review and approve documentation for quality and safety
Perform project analysis and Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.
Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery and overhead
