Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Mechanical / MEP Coordination Draftsman

with hands-on experience in the preparation of MEP coordination and shop drawings for high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and drafting, ensuring seamless integration and coordination among mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop

MEP coordination drawings,

ensuring proper integration between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Create detailed and accurate

mechanical and MEP shop drawings

as per project standards and specifications. Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and design conflicts. Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and design changes. Ensure compliance with project codes, standards, and client requirements. Support project teams during design reviews, technical meetings, and site coordination. Maintain organized documentation and drawing records for project reference.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in

MEP drafting and coordination

for

high-rise buildings

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and other drafting/design software. Strong understanding of

mechanical design concepts

and

MEP coordination principles

. Ability to prepare detailed and coordinated

MEP shop drawings

independently. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Immediate availability for joining.

Preferred:

Experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage. Previous work in consultancy or contracting firms in the UAE.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
