Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and coordinating 3D models using BIM softwares.
- Coordinating BIM models with other disciplines, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensuring BIM models are of high quality and meet project specifications and standards.
- Managing BIM models and ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with other BIM modellers, designers, and engineers to ensure models are coordinated and integrated with other project elements.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM software and related technologies
- Strong technical skills, including an understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position
- Contracting company experience
- Excellent understanding of Mechanical BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
- Proficient in Revit software
- Experience with Bentley, Navis works or Synchro or any other competitive software would be a plus.
- On-site construction experience would be desirable
- Strong written, verbal communication in English is essential.
- Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
