Job Description

As part of the plant engineering department, be responsible for the maintenance of the machines to ensure plant operations run effortlessly to achieve higher productivity. Key Deliverables: Prepare for the maintenance based on the previous shift reports. Consult with the supervisor and prioritize the machine maintenance schedule. Complete the maintenance and rectification of machines as per schedule. Conduct modifications to machines if necessary and hand it over to the production department. Update logbook on the maintenance. You will be responsible to support the QC, Drum yard, and forklift team in maintenance of their machines. Conduct preventive maintenance according to the weekly schedule. Support the supervisor and other team members in the maintenance as and when required. Job Profile: Qualifications: ITI Training Certification / Diploma in in Industrial Training or Equivalent. Skills/Knowledge: Physical fitness Good fault-finding ability Logical ability Analytical skills Multitasking ability Experience: 3 to 5 years in a cable manufacturing set up.
