We are now hiring Machinery and Generator Mechanic cum Light driver for our Muscat location The key responsibility is ability to overhaul, repair and restore Generator Engines and other machines.
- Review system user manuals and other technical engineering schematics to assist customer with maintenance issues and clarify complex technical issues
- Ability to remove engines, overhaul completely and restore back as per the company manuals and standards.
- Disposition Services
- Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on engine-driven generating units and related mechanical equipment
- Operates and maintains engine-driven generating units
- Supports Engine Floor Operator Rotational Watch-standing, as required
- Performs generator load bank tests
- Performs minor electrical circuit preventive maintenance
- Performs major maintenance and overhaul of engine-driven generating units
- Performing voltage changes
- Rewiring and installing control panels and voltage regulators
- Minimum 5 years of Engine Overhauling experience for larger sized Portable Power Generators and various Diesel Engines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Machinery repair
- Previous experience in Engine related plants/industries
- Valid vocational certification in relevant areas

- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Generator Mechanic: 5 years (Required)
- Machinery Mechanic: 3 years (Required)
- Light vehicle mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)
- Omani Light manual vehicle driving license (Required)
