Description and Requirements
We are looking for a
Staff Maintenance Engineer
to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will design and optimize assembly processes, support new product trials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Design and optimize assembly process flows, including tooling and fixture design and validation. Prepare and maintain accurate process documentation for manufacturing operations. Participate in new product trials and resolve functional or mechanical issues during pilot production. Complete problem reports and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis. Respond rapidly to technical issues on production lines and ensure timely resolution. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Collaborate with production, quality, and product development teams to ensure process compliance. Support implementation of best practices and standards across manufacturing operations.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering, experience in PC/laptop or consumer electronics assembly preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly tolerance analysis and ability to design fixtures independently. Skilled in CAD/SolidWorks and other engineering drawing software.
