Job Description
MD - Global Head of Wealth Management
A leading bank in the UAE is looking to appoint an MD/Senior MD (N-2) to lead their Wealth Management business.
This is key/high profile senior leadership role to oversee the day to day running of their Group wide Wealth business (team of approx. 150 people) with full PnL responsibility.
Ther role will include development and implementation (transformation) of the strategy and with a particular focus on driving the sales and performance management of the business across all segments/regions including full management for the PnL.
To qualify you should be a senior executive (min MD level) from a Wealth Management and/or Private Banking background and have current/previous experience in leading a sizeable Wealth business and track record of transforming businesses in the Wealth and/or Private Banking space ideally at a Group/regional level within an International Bank.
