We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced
MCC (Maintenance Control Center) Engineer
to join our team inAbu Dhabi
. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination of maintenance activities, monitoring operational performance, and providing technical support to ensure optimal service reliability and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage real-time aircraft/facility systems operations Coordinate corrective actions in response to maintenance issues or faults Support line maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and guidance Maintain accurate records of operational disruptions and maintenance activities Communicate with stakeholders including operations, engineering, and OEMs Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Assist in scheduling and planning of maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar MCC or technical support role Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures (if aviation-based) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment * UAE residency or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
