Delivery of Maximo Automated Applications to internal Abu Dhabi Ports units in relation to business requirement and the agreed delivery plans.
Provide support through the full cycle of software development from requirements gathering, solution designing, development, implementation, configuration, customization, reporting and conducting the end-user training.
Ensure that all live applications are maintained as per the best practiced support procedures.
Focus on the maintenance, data integrity and administration to all end users on the modules under his/her portfolio.
To make recommendations to improve efficiency of using Maximo system and all related integrations. Work closely with our clients, Consultants and other Abu Dhabi Ports Units and demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that Automated Systems and deliverables are of the highest calibre to ensure client satisfaction.
Improve the business processes through automation and Investigate and identify areas of the business where business Improvements are possible either by changes in process or the introduction of new systems and technology.
Ensuring the application customer service quality and that customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are met or exceeded based on the overall IT Application\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.
