Job Title: Mathematics Teacher

Job Type: Full-time

Overview: We are seeking an individual to fulfill the role within for Mathematics Teacher for our School.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered Math lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Student Assessment:

Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and other evaluation tools. Provide constructive feedback to students to support academic growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.

Classroom Management:

Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Implement school policies, rules, and procedures effectively. Foster respect, discipline, and a love for learning among students.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and educational trends, particularly in Mathematics. Actively participate in professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions.

Parental Engagement:

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide academic support strategies.

School Activities:

Engage in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and enrichment programs. Collaborate with colleagues to support school policies and UAE educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's & Mater's degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Ed certification preferred). Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting (UAE experience is an advantage). Strong subject knowledge and understanding of effective Math teaching strategies. Proficiency in integrating educational technology into lessons. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. All educational certificates must be attested as per UAE requirements.
