Partner with the best As a Material Planning Associate, you'll be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You'll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. Planning and scheduling according to production needs, you'll use in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.

As a Material Planning Associate, you will be responsible for: Works with Supply chain team to convert the demand plans into Supply's. Analyzes incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory. Plans and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs. To prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins). Performs various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc. Monitor levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly. Planned order released to POR. Supply plan prioritization. Shortages management and reporting. Handoff with Mid term planning. MRP Exception messages analysis and action. Monitor Change Order request / Eng revision. Health and safety procedures and rules. Mange item gate keeping into ERP. Mange items attributes ( make/buy, LT, etc.. ). Conduct data audit and report items master data KPI's. Define & lead recovery plan for Excess, SMI, & OBSO. Mange inventory estimates. Inventory segmentation / ABC policy review.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Good Knowledge of Quality Management System. Holding High Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain. Preference to employees trained by Baker Hughes. Priority to candidates based in KSA. Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP) functionality. Ability to work with and influence stakeholders. Tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
