Materials Engineer

to join our R&D team and lead the development of advanced concrete materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test advanced concrete mixes, including high-strength, heavyweight, and eco-friendly solutions. Research alternative binders, supplementary cementitious materials, and admixtures to enhance performance and sustainability. Conduct laboratory testing and material characterisation (SEM, XRD, TGA, compressive strength). Ensure compliance with international standards (BS, ASTM, ACI, EN). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions from the lab to production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Civil Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in concrete mix design, testing, and material R&D. Strong knowledge of cement chemistry and sustainability practices. Hands-on experience with advanced lab tools and durability testing.
