We are looking for a
Material Take-Off (MTO) Specialist
for facade projects with strong technical understanding of aluminium and glass systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs and coordinating with project and procurement teams.Responsibilities:
Review architectural and shop drawings for material quantification. Prepare BOQs and material take-off lists for facade and glazing systems. Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams. Ensure cost accuracy and minimal material waste. Support tendering and estimation activities as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture.
2-3 years of experience in facade or aluminium industry.
Strong knowledge of material specifications and shop drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.Immediate availability
is an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
