Material Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Research and develop new materials or improve existing ones Test and analyze material properties such as strength, durability, and resistance Select appropriate materials for product design and manufacturing Investigate material failures and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications Support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or related field Knowledge of metals, polymers, ceramics, and composites 4-8 years experience with material testing and analysis techniques Road and infrastructure experience is a must Must have experience in testing materials Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Preferably from India
