Job Description
:
- Clear understanding about Concrete, Concrete products & concrete ingredients.
- Conversant with the requirements of BS, BS-EN & ASTM standards related to concrete products & raw materials.
- Familiar with Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and Calibration Plan for Monitoring & Measuring Devices. Ability to ensure testing & calibration as scheduled.
- Ability to co-ordinate with in-house & external laboratories to arrange testing of products and raw materials and verify the reported results against the requirement / specification.
- Ability to follow up with agencies (like testing lab, calibration agency, material supplier) to gather required documents (MTC, Test report, Data Sheet, MSDS etc.)
- Ability to identify relevant portions of project specification related to concrete products and concrete ingredients to prepare Compliance Statement / Comparison Statement / Technical Submission for concrete products & raw ingredients.
- Min 3-4years work experience in manufacturing of Concrete Products (Paver/Tile/kerb) / Precast / Ready Mixed Concrete.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering\xe2\x80\x8b
- Familiar with requirements of Dubai / Abu Dhabi Municipality related to concrete pavers/ tiles /kerb etc.
- Advanced MS office/MS Excel documentation skills
- Familiar with documentation requirements of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001.
