Material Engineer - Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Material Selection
: Recommend suitable materials based on performance, aesthetics, and cost under project budget.Log and Submission :
Preparing material log and submittals based on project BOQ.Follow up and approval
: Material Coordination with Supplier /manufacturer /subcontractor till approval.Testing & Evaluation
: Conduct and review material tests for strength, durability, and compliance etcTechnical Support
: Advise design and construction teams on material applications and issues.Quality Control
: Inspect materials delivered and ensure adherence to specs and standards.Sustainability
: Promote eco-friendly and compliant materials (LEED,ESITADAMA etc.).Vendor Coordination
: Review and approve supplier submittals, samples, and certifications.Documentation
: Prepare reports, maintain material databases, and etc. minimum exp 2 - 3 years in uaeJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
