Job Description
We require a
Materials Engineer
for ourAsphalt Plants
with the following qualifications and experience:Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in asphalt materials and mix designs.Technical Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of
asphalt mix designs
, includingPolymer Modified Bitumen (PMB)
. Proficient intesting raw materials
such as aggregate, bitumen, PMB, and fillers. Familiar withcompiling material submittals
and obtaining approvals from various clients. Strong understanding oflocal authority requirements
in and aroundAbu Dhabi and Al Ain
.Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing material quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Conducting and verifying asphalt mix designs to optimize performance. Monitoring cold bin and hot bin gradations for efficient plant operations. Coordinating with paving teams to address asphalt mix-related concerns. Ensuring timely approvals and documentation for material submittals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
