Responsibilities: Handling the material requirements. Handling enquiry register. Preparing technical submittals. Coordination with Sales & projects Team. Coordination with suppliers /Manufactures. Managing local & international purchase orders. Prepare weekly & monthly reports on enquiries, collections & MPRs. Coordinate with in- house logistics during import of consignments Project coordination with project team for execution of projects. Preparing material purchase request, purchase orders, Invoice, delivery note etc. Handling petty cash. Qualification and experience: Engineering/ technical background is desirable. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role. Bahrain/GCC Experience in HVAC Industry preferred. Skills/Knowledge: Well-developed analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced user of MS office suite. Kindly share your CV
