Job Description
:
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
- Use material management module and tool to order materials
- Use inventory management tool to maintain inventory and record issuing of material and consumption
- Issuing of materials as per BOM, recording the variances
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Perform ERP transactions of material transfer and consumptions against daily production
- Able to Guide Material Handler to perform Day today item
- Should monitor and maintain Kanban system for Fastners,insulation and other standard components
- Should update and maintain rack positions in warehouse and production both in software and physical position
- Review Drawing, BOM and production order before ordering the material from inventory
- Should maintain & record and inventory of Non BOM items and tool issuing and stock
- Coordinate with purchase & warehouse team for material status and update
- ITI +10 Years Experience with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC manufacturing plant
- Experience in ERP system for material planning
- Extensive experience in materials management and inventory control
- Able to work in MS excel and word
- Fork lift operations certificate will be a plus
- Knowledge on Bill of material, Material and component identification
