Objectives of the role:


- Prime objective of the job is to ensure entry of process related data such as but not limited to Factored materials, Transfer Orders, Delivery consolidation cost report and other relevant data which is entered timely and records maintained on daily basis. Entry of data must be actual, verified through coordination and in alignment with process and procedures. Monitoring, coordination, collaboration, supervision, safe execution and cooperation will be core of this task


Responsibilities

To follow HSE policies, guidelines and progressive requirements


To ensure correct information is collected and in alignment with actual process


Ensure to follow, comply and oblige to all the Safe Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) of the company


Reassure received data by means of monitoring, coordination, collaboration, supervision, safe execution and cooperation, including spot audits


Ensure to update all data on daily basis


Proper approvals are obtained, and proper procedure is followed


Avoiding data entry errors


Random verification of the received data personally and by coordination with other relevant functions


All documents are maintained and managed such that it is readily available when demanded


All documents are updated, acknowledged and completed in all respects


Good and professional communication is maintained


To record and report inputs as required by the process (FAC incoming, Transportation Data etc.)


Report any variances or anomalies


To support as standby in the absence of other resource and conduct their core responsibilities (Ex. Storekeeper etc.)


To store the documentation safely, properly segregated and as per HSE and legal guidelines


Support, manage and coordinate in various processes related to the Warehouse and Distributions


Monitor and check to ensure that the Inventory is accurate


Liaise effectively with all other workers for the smooth conduct of work


Participate in all the trainings, toolbox talk, and other briefings as organized by the company


Actively participate in random, weekly, monthly and annual count of the company


Report to any responsible person of any act, incident, issue that can have the potential to cause an accident, incident or injury to any employee or contractor factory site or surrounding area.


Actively participate in the company's HSE programs.


Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is worn when required as part of the job.


Reporting of USAC and encouraging other members to do the same


Follow other instructions, responsibilities and guidelines as assigned by the discretion of the manager

Skills required

Good communication skill with command in speaking, reading and writing in English


Computer Knowledge - MS Office


Knowledge in basic Finance mechanism


Team Player


Knowledge in Warehouse and Inventory related ERP systems


Multilingual Communicator

Educational requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma - Preferable in Supply Chain or Accounting
