- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex circuits in machine hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to coordinate and prioritize repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.
Job Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment, with a focus on dealership experience.
- Proficient in the electrical and hydraulic systems of heavy machinery.
- Ability to identify, explain, and troubleshoot complex circuits in hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
