Job purpose

As master coach facilitator, the primary purpose of this role is to build the Certified Facilitator Capacity globally, to enable Certified deployment globally. The development of high-quality Certified facilitators and master facilitators maintains the quality of the certified module experience and upholds the integrity of the CIF Portfolio. The second dimension of the role is to work in consultation with the business on the development of the CIF Portfolio, needs assessment, module development and advise on solutions to grow functional capability. With these two role dimensions, this role plays an important and strategic part in the continued evolving of the DGF Culture, and organization capability

Differentiator

By playing a key role in the professional, effective running, and strong positioning of an ever-growing Certified portfolio, this role forms the foundation for Certified being a core enabler for DGFF maintaining competitive advantage, through the overseeing the standards of Certified Facilitation, increasing the number of facilitators across the regions. The role forms the basis for enabling the robust deployment of Certified, and additionally forms a consultative and collaborative partnership between Certified and the functions, with a consultative approach to module development

Principal accountabilities * Facilitation / running Product Experiences
  • Facilitate Certified leadership modules to the highest standards. This would include all existing leadership modules, with an expectation to be the lead in any new modules launched.
  • Ensure that Facilitation Skills is offered regularly
  • Master Facilitation
  • Run facilitator training programs to all levels of the organization (Tier 1 Senior Leaders), including all key components of a Train The Facilitator (TTF) program. (Delivering the module, delivering the facilitation skills module, delivering the master classes and assessing the facilitators during deliver back session). Providing follow up support to those who require additional assistance.
  • Refresh facilitators on facilitation skills periodically. Evaluate coaching effectiveness by analyzing the effects and changes in behavior during and after coaching sessions.
  • Continuously develop the skills as a master facilitator ensuring all of the latest skills and technologies are being utilized, this includes both face to face classroom modules and online modules to the highest standards.
  • facilitate training outside of a script / training handbook and use own experience to successfully address topics or questions.
  • Build a bank of Master facilitator capability
  • Forge the way forward to get more Top Executive Management facilitators qualified.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Stay aligned to Group Standards Practice
  • Set up Quality Assurance practice for existing facilitators periodically.
  • Set up processes for facilitators with \xe2\x80\x98needs further development\xe2\x80\x99 ratings
  • Certified Portfolio Development
  • Consult with Global Board Product and Functional Leaders of requests, assessing need
  • Provide advice on capability building solutions
  • Play a key role in the piloting, design and development of certified modules
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Business Context: Show understanding of the business context for the program, making appropriate links between the content of the program, DGFF strategy, impact on Customers and colleagues and participants\' roles.
  • Preparation: Fail to prepare and prepare to fail. Preparing the module environment and assets and personal preparation is essential to being a successful facilitator.
  • Purpose & Objectives: The conversations might be slightly different for every group, but the purpose & objectives need to be delivered consistently.
  • Adult Learning: Create an Adult learning environment that encourages free flowing conversation & contribution by pulling the learning from the group to reach the purpose & outcomes on time.
  • Self-Awareness: Great emotional intelligence is the foundation of being a great facilitator. Without it, it\'s very difficult to be authentic, be on the group\'s agenda and deliver confidently without ego.
  • Education level: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Language requirements:
Fluency in Business level English \xe2\x80\x93 ability to deliver learning experiences and participate in business/professional discussions without the need for translation

Additional fluency in 2 additional languages, one of them Mandarin, Spanish, French
  • Experience:
Required

Substantial experience in delivering learning activities / awareness workshops / training

Availability to travel up to 70% of time (mostly region, but occasional international)

Advantage:

DHL Certified facilitator with Exceptional rating

Experience with L&D, Strategy, workshopping, Culture Enablement

Coaching ability with strong disposition towards positive and motivational people enablement

Stakeholders
  • Fostering strong and trusting relationships with DGFF senior leaders
  • Play a key role in motivating the facilitator workforce and recognition.
  • Working collaboratively with HR Leadership, Regional Certified leads, and Strategy PMO
  • Effectively Influencing others \xe2\x80\x93 on all levels - outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Consult functional heads, managers, and stakeholders on development need and design processes
  • Complex stakeholder management is needed
