Master Data is needed across different business processes, organizational units, and between operational and decision support systems. It represents core information about our business. Therefore, it is highly critical. As part of its Digital Transformation, Our client wants to launch an assessment of its Master Data Management. Tasks: Analyze currently identified Master data domains. This analysis must look at (but not be limited to) ownership, processes, technology, and architecture. Identify the major pain points related to each of the group's Master Data - considering our Enterprise Architecture (EA) and the evolving organizational structure. Provide solutions backed by benchmarks, industry standards, and best practices. Give a recommendation as to the relevance of implementing an MDM platform. Provide an MDM readiness & maturity assessment. Provide recommendations, requirements, and an implementation roadmap. Duration : 3-4 weeks Deliverables: An assessment of the group's Master Data. A readiness and maturity assessment looking at the IT landscape, EA, data architecture, and the evolving organizational structure. Pain points. Benchmarks and best practices/industry standards. Recommendations and solutions. A recommendation as to the relevance of implementing an MDM platform is given in the above findings. A comprehensive roadmap, taking into consideration all requirements, maturity levels, etc. Any other deliverable that we agree on as per your recommendation.
