We are looking for an experienced Master Cutter specializing in couture and evening dresses, skilled in pattern-making, fabric cutting, draping, and corset construction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both digital and manual cutting techniques
Key Responsibilities:
1- Pattern Making: Create accurate patterns from sketches or measurements, using the right techniques
2- Fabric Cutting: Cut fabrics with precision, ensuring minimal waste; use bias-cutting for dresses that need flow and drape.
3- Draping: Drape fabric on a dress form to shape complex designs and create a perfect fit.
4- Corset Construction: Make structured corsets using supportive materials.
Skills and Experience :
Strong experience in patternmaking, cutting, draping and sewing evening dresses.
Knowledge of luxury fabrics and advanced garment finishing.
Experience with corset-making
At least 5 years of work in high-end evening wear or a similar setting.
